When you refer to your posture, it is much more essential to understand that you need to maintain healthy posture while sitting, standing, bending, lifting, etc. So, it has to be a part of your daily life. This is relatively easy as to accomplish superior and healthy posture through yoga, physiotherapy exercises, Alexander technique, etc. Each of these exercise technique has its own pros and cons when it comes to developing right posture. Based on which part of your back needs the training, you can choose suitable technique for better posture and healthier back bone. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine could use the standard training and exercises for overall healthier backbone. No wonder, then, that most spine specialists suggest these exercises as best way to maintain healthy vertebral column.
