Realistic approach is always desirable, as there are many concerns to take into consideration and many rules to obey.
Secondly, the game changer in an office should consider defense as a key world for chancing the game. Your great ideas must also be defendable in the marketplace, and your bets approach will be doing something that nobody else will. Start by making a list with competitors, customers, suppliers, threats from adjacent industries and see what challenges you have to face. Think about how customers will perceive the idea, how can you implement it, etc. All these matter a lot in implementing a new idea. Another idea to consider is the internal fit. Ideas can have great potential to make it into business and impact on people’s life, but they may not fit your cultural background. Therefore, you must have a strong match with the vision, objective and mission of your organization and believe in every idea that is promoted. Avoiding failure can be done by trusting your thoughts and your company’s way of work.
Therefore, a gamechanger does not always have it easy. Being smart, talented and innovative is not always enough. You must also meet certain criteria, such as organized, realistic, and open-minded and look at things in perspective. You can become a better creative developer if you take the tips above into consideration and develop all sides of your personality.
