· Rag or spongy cloth
· Baking soda

First Step:
If you are facing humidity and moisture atmosphere in the car and you are not trying to prevent it, the moisturizing and humid atmosphere will result into mildew smell. It is very often that mildew is caused because of it. However, there are many other reasons. Moreover, the accrued moisture in the car is one of the major reasons of mildew smell in your car. You should increase your concentration on any kind of space filled with moisture. Furthermore, there are common places in car where moisture is found, which results into mildew. You might not need to change tire day in day out, so it is possible that you don’t open the luggage compartment space where the tire is taking rest. However, it is essential that you check regularly and do clean the storage space in any case whatsoever. Don’t wait for moisture to occur. Prevent it already.

Make sure to check the tube of evaporator that it is not blocked and the water is passing through with required flow. There is a chance that your air condition is not working properly. To remove mildew, second step is kind of easy and very simple. It says that if you have found the birthplace of mold, then immediately start taking off all the covers etc from that particular place. After that, you have to use a cloth that can absorb the moisture easily enough. Once the moisture has been removed, you may move to the next step.

Fourth Step:
It is time you simply score off the main culprit. You will find the mold grown and to remove it, you need to have a scrub pad.

Fifth Step:
Scrubbing might have left the area a bit wet, so to dry it you have to use either a hair dryer or vacuum.

Sixth Step:
You will definitely not want to see any mold grown in your car in future, so there is anti-mildew solution for you to consume.

Seventh Step:
Simply leave your mats, carpets and other wet accessories to dry.
