While freshly canned sardines and fresh frozen vegetables are preserved quickly after being harvested, homogenization and pasteurization of dairy products reduces the bioavailability of phosphorus, calcium and some proteins–necessitating the inclusion of health suppliments and Himalaya products in your lifetime.
