They can also cause different negative health impacts, like poor concentration and chronic insomnia. While cell phones are something that cannot be possibly avoided in the working hours, you might want to turn them off on weekends. Also, try avoiding “Sunday Blues” even if you have a hectic work schedule ahead. Anticipating the workloads of the coming week can only make you more miserable. So try to divert your mind by actively participating with your friends and family.

Eat Healthy

Avoid “comfort foods”. They can only give you a temporary relief from anxiety. Instead, consider switching to foods which can enhance your mood. The chemicals found in steak and kidney pie can improve your response to stress. Also, try citrus fruits like oranges because their vitamin C content can help elevate your mood. Parsley also helps to fight anxiety by providing more energy to your brain.
