It's perfectly ok to eat them regularly as we do actually need them, but eating too many in one meal should be avoided. So when you are shooting for fat loss, then minimize the starchy foods and eat proteins along with some fat content. Doing this on it's own will bring some decent results, providing you are also working out frequently.
