Tip 3: Bring your defective or damaged chair to an authorized dealer immediately.

It is not advisable to continue using the chair especially if the problem lies with the structural components and operating mechanisms since doing so may result to a domino effect wherein those parts that were originally in top shape become defective due to failure to have the defective part repaired or replaced.
