For example, if you are 6'2" in height and you weigh 150 pounds, then, you should purchase a size B Aeron chair. If, on the other hand, you are 4'10" in height and you weigh 110 pounds, then size A is perfect for you.

The only problem arises when your weight and height fall between the numbers included in the chart which are all even (for the height).
