Eating healthy food is necessary for everybody due to the rising of diseases in the world. Most of the diseases start with nutrients deficiency due to eating of low quality food. In India, people have been cultivating and eating the sesame seeds for their special nutrients since centuries. Seeds are crushed and made paste to make condiment which is used in the food during cooking to increase the nutrients contents. The different nutrients found in the seeds are calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, molybdenum, selenium, vitamin-A, C and E, and Phytosterol which reduces the blood cholesterol level. It is found to be useful against cancer, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, kidney damage, high blood press and many more diseases. Indian natural sesame seeds are popular for their nutrient contents and quality. People are adding the seeds in the diet in order to lead a good life by having a balanced diet. This is even added in the bakery and made oil which is used to make delicious dishes around the world. It has been used in the Ayurvedic medicines for their preventive, curative and soothing properties in the body.

Spices are the soul of the Indian cuisines which are getting popular all over the world. Restaurants around the world are serving the Indian food as people like it. Spices are the special ingredients which are added in the food which differentiate from rest of the food. Though, it is added in small quantity but influence the taste, color and aroma of the food. First of all, spices are grounded and packed according to international standard to maintain the quality and freshness when it reaches the customers.

Since ancient times, India has been the hotspot for the quality spices. Many wars have been fought and trade carried out leading to its popularity in other countries. Spices are different parts of plants like leaves, seeds, fruits, roots, shoot, and barks. The different spices found in the country are coriander, ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli, onion, cardamom, nutmeg, clove, etc which are used in the food during cooking. It adds the desired taste and flavor to the food. Indian spices and pickles are known for their combination and make the food complete and nutritious. Pickles are used in the light snack during the day by the people all over the world. Thus, people are adding the spiced pickles in their diet to get the complete nutrient contents in the body.
