You are allowed to eat plenty of these foods without fear of packing on useless calories and increasing your body fat. It's true that you do need a bit of padding after pregnancy and during breastfeeding but you don't need extra fatty foods to add to your weight.

You may need to seek help. In many ways, you have to think about weight loss differently after a pregnancy. Talk to your doctor and your pediatrician if you're trying to drop your baby weight but aren't seeing the results you'd like to see.
