Biomass Briquette Plant - A Binder Less Technology

By Expert Author: Deepi Makwana

Fuel is the major need of every industry and today, fuels are very expensive as well as polluting the environment. Each year, millions of tons of agriculture waste and industrial waste are generated which is either dumped or burnt inefficiently from causing air pollution. These waste can recycled through biomass briquette plant and provide a renewable source of energy by converting biomass waste into high density fuel briquettes without addition of any binder or chemical. That’s why it is known as binder less technology.

This recycled bio fuel is beneficial for the environment as it conserves natural resources. What many people do not know is that recycling also prevents global warming which has a direct adverse impact on global climate. This biomass briquette plant project is act as renewable energy from waste. It is gives us biomass briquettes from agriculture waste or industrial waste. In this project, wastage is called raw materials and finished product is known as briquettes.

The process of biomass briquetting is the physical transformation of these raw materials into a compact and compressed unit. It is the process of converting low bulk density into high density and energy concentrated bio briquettes with the help of briquette plant. There is no need of any chemical so it does not create any pollution.

The finished product biomass briquettes have high specific density 1200kg/m3 and bulk density 800kg/m3 compared to loose biomass. This project is the best invention to make best from waste by briquetting press manufacturers who have vast experience and great knowledge of making briquetting machines. Compared to fossil fuels, bio fuels are cheaper and non polluting in the world.

Numerous Advantages of Biomass Briquettes
• Briquettes are cheaper than fossil fuels.
• Fossil fuels are once used, can’t be replaced.
• Binder or sulfur can pollute the environment. There is no any binder or sulfur in the briquettes.
• Biomass briquettes have high thermal value and have much lower ash content.
• Briquettes have consistent quality, have high burning efficiency and are ideally sized for complete combustion.
• Government gives many relaxations on purchasing this briquetting plant project.

There are many briquetting press machines available to fulfill the need of industry and human being. Farmers and poor people can get benefit from this plant by selling their own green waste to briquette machine manufacturer. Briquetting plant is produced briquettes ultimately produce the biomass energy. To provide “pollution free energy in low cost” is the main concept of this project.
