Indulging in Health Food and Juicing Recipes

Welcome to Health Through Indulgence the new social network were you can share anything about true health, from juicing recipes to lose weight, healthy food recipes, weight loss foods, healthy foods to eat, how to detox your body the list goes on and on.

Here at Health Through Indulgence we believe if you want to achieve true health you don't just want to limit to the foods you eat, but rather, you want to enjoy every aspect of your life (hence the name "Health Through Indulgence"). Indulging yourself in the things you love can have such a positive change in your life from music, painting, singing, fishing, the list is endless! Try to do the things that make you happy.

Of course eating healthy is one of Health Through Indulgence's main goals and purposes being that everybody has to eat and that food choices create how healthy our bodies are. We realize it's easier to be happy and live well when you are living in a super healthy body! We have worked hard to provide our members with all kinds of healthy food recipes, from juices, desserts, dinners, snacks, salads, soups, and entrees. After many try outs and playing in the kitchen, Marlena Torres, CN has come up with very healthy versions of many traditional favorite foods, and lots of delicious salads, juices, and smoothies to keep your body hydrated, nourished, and alkaline.

Here at Health Through Indulgence we believe that if you have to count your calorie intake or take a secret formula to lose weight it won't work in the long run simply because it's not enjoyable. For something to be sustainable and produce lasting results, you have to enjoy it. We've taken a lot of our old favorite meals and made healthy versions of them from pasta to the rice and bread and desserts we all love so much. As our community grows you can expect an endless supply of healthy food recipes from all over the globe.

On our social network we want the members to enjoy the network and get what they need from it whether that is healthy recipes, inspirational stories, detox tips and anything else that will organically help you achieve all your goals in life.
