When you have healthy food around you will make better choices. Stock your pantry with lots of healthy alternatives to junk food, such as veggies, fruits, and healthy, low-fat snack foods. Stop buying junk food! This is the simplest way to make sure you won't eat it, which is especially helpful when you can't resist it. Once you replace the junk food with healthier options, then you'll be more likely to make healthy food choices.
Get help from your friends. Friends are people who will help you in times of need. If you are around people who are positive about your goals, you are more likely to succeed.
