As for the minor jobs, you can do them after lunch time or towards the end of your work day given that they won't really take as much time to complete than the large jobs.

Be organized if you wish to get tasks finished fast and with minimum fuss. If you're able to find documents, tools, or correspondence without the need to search for anything, the time savings will add up very fast.

Beginning to feel bogged down? Do not be afraid to request help! Family and friends are usually capable enough to step in and give you some help, whether it's several hours with the kids out of sight or a homemade meal so you don't have to cook tonight. You may well be amazed with just how eager the people close to you would be come to your aid.

Take five. You have to take five-minute breaks even though you may have lots of work to do. Brief breaks will help you recharge yourself and re-focus. When you don't take a break and merely continue to work non-stop, you're going to end up making more mistakes.
