The 74-335, Lync Network Readiness Assessment exam is designed to certify professionals in the Lync technology. Certified professionals are increasingly becoming popular in the top companies all over the world, and passing this test, ensure a good position in the world of technology.
The 74-335, Lync Network Readiness Assessment Test is based on gauging the knowledge of candidates on various topics. The first part of the test is based on implementing Lync Network Readiness Assessment Methodology. This part presents questions regarding identifying the methodology phases such as ordering the phases, identifying entries, exit criteria, discovery, simulation, modelling and recommendation. It also presents questions regarding defining duration and the scope of the methodology phase and gauges the in-depth knowledge of number of customers’ cites tested, internal customers’ processes and requirements, and their geographical profiles.
Candidates must also present their knowledge of identifying deliverables such as bandwidth calculator, final presentations and final report, and also regarding preparing for the traffic simulation such as assessing the technical requirements, identifying the appropriate timing and gathering blockers. The second objective is based on analyzing the network environments. This objective has questions regarding reviewing the WAN topology and has further questions regarding MPLS, VPN, NAT, TCP, UDP and point to point wireless. Individuals also have the opportunity to present their knowledge of reviewing WI-FI infrastructure, access point roaming, AP and channel overlap.
There are also questions regarding QoS approaches and traffic policing/shaping, on analyzing their media flow scenarios, analyzing the network for the best performance, and on monitoring and managing networks. The third domain is solely based on model RTC traffic media flows, Model Lync traffic per location, calculating traffic volume and analyzing how traffic impacts a network. The last but not the least, is the domain regarding analyzing the customer data and measurements. In this domain, there are questions regarding service level agreements, NAT, VLANS, analyzing the historical data network usage, designing synthetic transactions, interpreting the baseline network characteristics, and formulation recommendations.
It should be kept in mind that it is not easy to pass this certification Test. Thus, candidates must have prior practice, so as to increase their chances of passing the test. Ample Training Kits and study materials are provided by Lync technologies, which contain sample questions and answers, provided so that candidates can become familiar with the type of questions they will be presented with in the examination.
This test is designed for professionals who have an adequate experience in the data networking field, and take a keen part in planning, design and deployment of Lync solutions. It is a pre requisite that candidates have sufficient knowledge of data networking and are able to translate the business requirements into the technical requirements. Candidates can take advantage of the classroom training programs provided by Microsoft for this test, and through the learning plans that are provided. However, there is no e-learning training of press Books available for this test. Ample practice is the key to passing this test in the first attempt, and staying ahead of your competitors.
