Indian spices and pickles are known for their splendid combination in providing a special food to the eater. Seeing the colorful and aromatic food one gets hungrier and eat more in the table. This is why people are buying these products to eat and remain healthy.

Sesame seeds are grown in different part of India since the ancient. It is eaten by making traditional biscuit and added as condiment while cooking the food to increase the nutrient content. Seeds are rich in oil content thus this oil is used as culinary items and Ayurvedic medicines. It is used for its curative, preventive, and soothing properties in the medicines. Indian hulled sesame seeds are popular all over the world for their special nutrient contents. Nutrients like calcium, potassium, phosphorous, vitamins-A, C and E, and essential nutrients required in the body. Add this seed in the diet to lead a healthy and disease free life.
