This can be a real challenge for you because the clients you are serving are probably on an emotional rollercoaster ride. In fact, one minute they are totally happy, excited and the next they are scared and depressed.
3. Clients need to have fun: Those who made learning and exciting and fun adventure are top of your personal list. You should realize that selling financial services is serious matter and it should be given all due respect. However, your clients and potential clients need to enjoy the process. Indeed, it’s perfectly okay to joke around during a presentation but provided it’s appropriate and you keep things under control. Thus, anything you can do to reduce the tension helps you make your points and serve their needs.
