The 000-474, IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience Management V8.7, Business Analysis is designed for professionals, who wish to move a step ahead in their careers. IMB’s certifications are in demand by the top companies in the world of information technology, thus, this certification test holds great importance for all organizations.
The 000-474, IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience Management V8.7, Business Analysis certification test contains a total of fifty questions, which are to be completed in 105 minutes. The passing percentage of this test is set to 64%, thus, candidates must strive hard to achieve this goal. The test is only available in the English language, thus, not being open to a wide range of IT professionals from all over the world.
The test has been divided into seven domains. The first domain, which is the IBM Tealeaf Fundamentals, constitutes 12% of the whole test, and tests the knowledge of candidates regarding describing the IBM Tealeaf architecture, regarding search and replay sessions, and regarding analyzing session list template results. The second domain constitutes 28% of the Test and is based on IBM Tealeaf even configuration.
Candidates may be required to analyze event requirements, construct hit attributes, configure even condition types, configure event condition tracking value types, determine even evaluation, determine event tracking and deploy session attributes knowledge in this domain.
The third domain is based on IBM Tealeaf dimensions, and has the same weightage as the first domain. This domain tests the knowledge and abilities regarding selection of dimension values, analyzing dimension requirements, applying dimensions to an event, and lastly, defining report groups.
The next time has 16% weightage and has Questions regarding building and configuring ratio reports, building and configuring event reports, building top movers reports, and planning configure reports. The fifth domain has the same weightage as the fourth domain and is based on IBM Tealeaf scorecard and dashboards, wherein candidates will find questions regarding their knowledge of deploying dashboards, planning business process scorecard, and planning KPI scorecards.
The next two domains has a total of 16% weightage and are based on designed canister alerts, designing event alerts, designing top mover alerts, designing top mover report alerts, describing the privacy basics, knowledge regarding blocking sensitive data and knowledge of using Resets.
IBM recommends all the candidates to indulge in extensive training before appearing for this test, as that will enable their chances of passing this certification test in the first attempt. IBM lists down various courses such as 9F01, 9F02, 9F03, 9F05, which train candidates and prepare them for this certification test.
IBM also has a classroom course titled ‘IBM Tealeaf 8.7 Customer Experience Fundamentals’, which is a half day course based on instilling knowledge regarding all the domains that will be covered in this examination. It is further recommended that individuals take advantage of the Trainings Kits and the Study Materials provided, which contain a number of Sample Questions and answers, so that they are aware of the nature and the scope of this test prior to appearing for it.
