Justify social listening channels to monitor customer sentiment. Use your agency or channels to develop traditional and social marketing campaigns and to move forward strategically and successfully.
3.Mature Stage: By this time you have prepare a strategic partnership with your social outsourcer. They are at your desk from the time of inception of new marketing initiatives, which are mapped back to how you've decided to measure success rate: with coupon redemptions, click and watch throughs to landing page conversions or shopping carts. The customer relationship, however, is now in-house. Your peer networks and advocates are taking some of the load off proper customer service by helping other customers solve deep problems—as well as provide first hand solution to new sales prospects.
Agency or social media service provider selection must be based on strategic criteria and proper planning and goals rather than tactical ideas.The web is littered with social network profiles and abandoned communities that failed to meet the agency's promise.
