Honey and gram flour paste

A cup of gram flour powder, a bowl of honey, a pinch of turmeric and two slices of cucumber, is all that you need for the beauty treatment.

First take the gram flour powder and mix it with honey to form a paste. Ensure that all the bubbles disappear while the mixing is done for five minutes. Next, add to the paste a pinch of turmeric powder and carry on mixing for another two minutes.

Wash face with cold milk or water; do not use soap or a face wash when doing so. Pat dry and apply the gram flour paste on the face. Take the cucumber pieces and place them on your eyelids, let the eyes absorb the coolness.

Wait for fifteen minutes or until you feel the skin drying. This would help tighten the skin, exfoliate dead cells from the surface of the skin, and bring a glow to your face and neck, and remove dark spots on the skin too. Apply the pack thrice a week, and wash off with cold water or cold milk in circular motion.

Oatmeal and milk

A bowl of skimmed milk, a cup of oatmeal and two slices of cucumber, is all that your need for this beauty treatment.

Mix the oatmeal and milk to form a paste. Apply it all over your face and neck, and place the two cucumber pieces over the eyelids.

While the pack dries and the eyelids cool, take relaxing deep breaths. This pack acts as an exfoliation agent, removing dead cells and dark spots. Apply the herbal treatment for skin thrice a week and watch how your skin glows.
