Regain Shape Through Liposuction Technique
Total Articles: 21
There is a great amount of interest in the new liposuction technique which invloves laser. Many are of the opinion that laser liposuction is reforming the way liposuction is done. The laser liposuction technology is a new method which involves melting of fat into a liquid which makes fat removal easier.
Melting of the fat also provides a more even removal of fat which has resulted in smoother skin without any lumps, bumps and outlineblemishes which occur in as many as 20% of traditional suction assisted lipectomy techniques.
Additionally, the heat produced during the laser liposuction method also strengthens skin which helps avoiding other problems of the different techniques like loose skin after fat removal.
There are very notable differences between the major laser liposuction machines usednowadays. Due to patent restrictions, most companies have had to employ wavelengths which are not the most specific for fat removal.
How Laser Liposuction Work?
Traditional suction assisted lipectomy techniques removed fat by putting in a metal tube called a cannula underneath the skin to remove fat by aspiration with powerful suction.
The fat cells are actually fissured and sucked out from under the skin. Other supporting tissues under the skin are removed as well. This procedure is quite painful and can produce contuse, swelling and post-operative pain which can result in aelongated recovery.
Results for fat removal are great, however cases involving lack of consistency of skin appearance and baggy skin post procedure have been reported in as many as 20 % of patients.
The new liposuction technique first involves the placing of a small laser fibre under the skin to melt or dissolve the fat before removal.
This causes a much less painful fat removal as much smaller aspiration cannulas can be used and there is less tissue rupture and injury to the non-fatty tissues. After the fat melting process a small cannula about half the size of old cannulas is used to remove the dissolved fat.
In addition to dissolving of fat, many other fat cells are fissured, but not removed, by the laser. Much of the fat is absorbed again by the tissues due to which the real volume of suctioned fat is less with this new technology. Small areas can be treated without suction process.
Here are a few best liposuction methods in Dallas which involves use of latest machines which are economical and result in reduced mommy makeover cost, Dallas:
SlimLipo laser liposuction involves a patentedlaser wavelength of 924nm to melt the fat. The 924nm laser is the most distinctly and greatly absorbed laser wavelength by fat tissues. The 924nm laser melts 3-5 times as much volume of fat as the other wavelengths usednowadays. The SlimLipo employs a 924nm or 975nm blended wavelength for skin tightening.
SmartLipo MPX Machine
SmartLipo was the first machine in the market. The original SmartLipo used a 1064nm laser wavelength to melt the fat. The prime target of the 1064nm laser is water, thus it melted fat by heating the water present in the fat and the fat is melted thereafter.
SmartLipo MPX has been developed recently which uses a combination 1064nm and 1320nm laser to improve fat melting process.
