The professional aviation management has two main departments- the ground staff and the cabin crew. Those who are taking care of issuing tickets, security checks, luggage boarding, and such other duties are called the ground staff. While the people who work on taking care of the passengers on flight are the flight attendants. Both the departments hold equal responsibility in the safe and secured traveling experience of a passenger.

It is difficult to judge the difference between the two on the surface, but the cabin crew training is a little advanced and different from that of the ground staffs.
