Avoid lifting or any heavy activity for a few days or as advised by the doctor. Most doctors will also ask you to avoid bending forward just to avoid unnecessary pressure to your eyes.

Just like after any surgery, always wash your hands and avoid any potential irritants to your eyes such as dust or wind. In case something gets into your eye, do not rub it.
