Christmas is the main celebration of Christians which is celebrated on 25th December in all over the world. The day is considered as the birthday of the load Jesus Christ. He was one of the noble and adorable people of the earth who taught the humans the real meaning of love and prayer. So Christmas is celebrated as the day of love, joy, happiness and gifts. Christmas is the appearance day of most popular and imaginary creature called Santa clause, an old, chubby, and white bared man with white-red dress and unique cap. All the children in all over the world believe from the bottom of their heart that on the last night before Christmas Santa come every year with a big bag full of gifts and distribute all of those between all of them. So the relationship between gifts and Christmas is long traditional.
Gifts are one of the languages of love. Love for everybody. We can spread love, care, and blessings through gifts. Christmas is just an occasion of spreading love to our beloved dears in the forms of some presents and gifts. We can give any beautiful and special things to our family members and our friends like dresses, household goods, decorative materials, books, delicious foods, anything including flowers and simple cards or also a small get-together. When it is Christmas the cake is very important. All Christians bake cakes in home and distribute them between all members of family, close relatives and dear friends.
Sometimes Christmas gifts become a little bit spiritual as mental pleasure or satisfaction of our close ones. Christmas occurs on the last week of December, so many persons who are very busy in their daily lives in all over the world come back home to visit their old parents and spend the Christmas as well as the New Year with them. These kinds of gifts are precious for those parents who miss their children in the entire year. Sometime a warm hug or a lovely kiss becomes the most beautiful gift when it is received by someone very close to our heart.
Christmas is the day of spreading love to everyone. So some time some rich and kind people distribute many gifts to the orphan children and those who live in old-age homes. By doing this they spread love to those people in the society who need it the most. The orphan children and the old persons are important part of our civilization so they have the rights to celebrate the occasion with happiness and presents. In the special day of Christmas by giving them gifts with love and care we can give them the exact happiness which they want all time.
All Christians decorate the church with candles, lights, and gifts on Christmas. They distribute many chocolates, cakes and sweets to each other and the poor people and celebrate the special day with lots of fun with friends and family. Nowadays with Christians people of all religions celebrate the occasion with equal happiness and fun.
