What do you need to do?

The first thing you need to do is get rhythm with the music. When the music starts, you are going to want your first step to fall into rhythm with the music. When you start, your left foot will go back and to the left. Now Rock up on your left heel and move your foot back. Move you right foot forward and then pull the left foot up tight to it.

The complete the next Cha cha step, you are going to go the opposite way by moving your right foot forward and to the right. Rock your left heal and move your left foot forward. Rock your left heel and then move your foot forward. Step back with your right and then move the left foot tight next to it.
