Remember you may have to be flexible or compromise somewhere along the journey, so be open to suggestion and ideas and don’t always dismiss everything that may not be totally on-brief. You may surprised by what you find.
 Location :- Mr. Vikas Chawla says location plays major role in finding a property. According to him one should know where he want to be. Think about his life-style, hoe it is now & how it might be in 5-to-10 years. Will you need to commute to a nearby large city? Do you or will you have school aged children? Would you prefer to have a smaller home in a more expensive town or a large home a bit further away? Do you want to live in a neighborhood or in town. These are all important factors that must be taken into consideration.
 Gathering Information :- To know your builder is very important before buying a home. One should do comparative market analysis by which he/she is able to get a lum-sump idea about pricing, possession. There are many websites that will give you an estimate on the value of a home , but the comparable information is not always up to date & may not always be accurate. So, Mr. Vikas Chawla suggest one should do the CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) by him/her self or by there consultant.
 Check Your Eligibility for Home Loan :- The pre-approval process is a more through qualification than the pre-qualification. A pre-qualification simply tells a retailer that you are serious about purchasing a new home. It’s not a very detailed process. A pre-approval tells all parties involved that you are financially ready to purchase a new home. This process means that the bank or mortgage under will be granted access to all your finances – your assets as well as your liabilities & debt if any.
