When one is teaching a class, it is important for him or her to prepare for the experience of being in front of a class on a regular basis. One way to encourage participation in classroom discussions is to use dry erase whiteboard paint to create an area in which students can share their ideas with one another. Even if one does not have a dry erase board in the room, it can be easy for a teacher to create a dry erase board with this type of paint. One just needs to have access to a sheet of heavy material and to place this dry erase whiteboard paint all over the heavy material.

Creative teachers should also know that they can find dry erase whiteboard paint that comes in a clear gloss to create a whiteboard in the classroom. Creative teachers may want to create a dry erase board that features a variety of fund colors to spark the imagination of students and to get them interested in participating in classroom discussions. One may create a whiteboard in colors like pink, purple and light blue to foster an environment where creativity and imagination in the minds of students are encouraged.

The goal of any teacher is to usually see more students participate in a classroom discussion and to share their ideas. A student can learn a great deal when he or she shares opinions with others in the classroom. Classroom discussions are one of the best ways for students to actively learn new concepts. Teachers can use a whiteboard as a powerful means to encourage discussion amongst students. A teacher may want to have a "free write" session to get ideas flowing in which he or she places a single idea on the whiteboard. It is then up to students to come up with words that may be associated with that idea on the whiteboard. A student will be able to write his or her ideas on the whiteboard. Sharing these ideas with the rest of the class will also trigger additional discussion in the class and make each student feel as though his or her opinion is valued.

Teachers can even encourage students to develop confidence in painting an entire wall with dry erase whiteboard paint. Students can then use dry erase markers to write on the wall in their free time. A teacher will be encouraging the creative abilities of students when he or she fosters such an open space in the classroom. Some students may also discover that they have artistic talents when they can create murals on a wall with other students in the classroom. It is also a great team-building activity. Easily purchase these paints from an online store at better prices.
