The moment you start taking control over the worse situation you will start feeling better and there will be improvement in your health condition as well.

• Insecurity in jobs

• Losing self confidence in many cases

Apart from many kinds of medicines you can start controlling the panic attacks with the help of simple techniques. In order to cope with anxiety you need to start some of the therapies such as reflexology, massages, aroma therapy, yoga, meditation etc.
