Various herbs like mullein, lirocia, turmeric, yerba Santa, thyml, decompane, black pepper, flax seed, antalkali ginger, clove, manna, myrh are used in making ayurvedic medicines for curing asthma. These herbs have proven to be better solutions and they are generally preferred over others by the patients.
The above mentioned herbs can be consumes orally or could also be mixed in bathing water for effective output. Ayurvedic asthma alternative treatment includes various homemade remedies. Consumption of garlic is a very effective home remedy. A person can easily reduce seasonal asthma by consuming 30 ml of milk with 10 cloves of garlic. This is an excellent and tested method. The intake of this mixture daily will help in getting relief. The ginger tea is also effective in fighting asthma.
The Ayurvedic Remedies for Fighting Asthma
A licorice and ginger tea is also a good asthma alternative treatment remedy. You just need to mix ginger, tea and herbs in the water. Drink this tea for long lasting outputs. Another remedy would be a trikatu tea. Add 1/4 teaspoon of trikatu in a glass full of warm water. Before drinking, add honey to reduce its bitterness. You could have it twice or thrice in a day.
You can also try a pippali mixture with bay leaf for fighting seasonal asthma. This mixture made with 1/2 a teaspoon bay leaves and 1/4 teaspoon of pippali with a spoon of honey. It should be consumed thrice in a day. Drinking spinach tea with pippali twice in a day has also proved to be very effective. About 1/3 cup of spinach juice is mixed with pippali mixture for quicker outcome.
Ayurvedic Medicines – Blessing In Disguise
Use of lemon is an effective way of treating asthmatic patients. Just drinking water with lemon juice will show you improvements in a mater of no time. Ayurveda suggests another excellent remedy. Take a jug of honey below the nose of the asthematic patient, as the fragrance of honey improves the breathing to a large extent.
Another way of treating asthma is drinking a mixture of ginger juice with a cup of fenugreek decoction and honey. If the fenugreek decoction is not available then mix one table spoon of fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water.
These asthma alternative treatments have cured many and thus, you should also try them and lead a better life.
