The kind of material is an important thing to look for when budgeting for fence installation. Fencing materials vary in cost. Timber and bamboo fences usually cost less that steel, wire and stone fences.

Privacy is one of the main reasons why residential and commercial fences are installed. Despite the fact that fences provide privacy, fences should never be too long to obstruct view of people from inside. Yard fences are built for several reasons including beauty, to create boundaries, for climbing plants, for privacy, children, pond and animal guiding, privacy and for yard value.
