By Expert Author: david lee

Educating girls from the beginning not only improves their lives, but it also improves the condition of the family members and also contributes in the economic growth.

The benefits of educating girls-to countries-families and for themselves-are very important. Some economists have stated that to educate girls will result in the highest return investment that is available for the developing world. It not only augments the economic growth, but also improves the well being of women and provides them more liberty in their communities and countries.

Some of the other benefits include-

Higher incomes- As per the World Bank studies, on the whole, boost the personís average income and gives better returns.

Quicker economic growth- Education in general contributes to growth and development. When the education of girls is motivated and increased, then the per capita income is increased.

Girls can study in an Islamic secondary school and gain the right kind of education. When the girls are educated they can contribute in better farming practices.

Family well being- When it comes to educating girls, then it surely is a path to smaller, healthier, and better educated families. It is a known fact that women spend more time in educating their children than men. The resources that women control go directly in managing their homes. More the education of a woman more her income would be and that will further benefit the family. When women are educated, then they wish to have smaller families and they will be more aware about the health, contributing in charities like Islamic charity and the general well-being of their family.

More attention to studies-In a family where women are educated their children pay more attention to studies and attend schools regularly. Motherís education matters more-In a family the motherís education matters more than that of the father, as the family is taken forward by a woman.

Aware of various diseases-Those girls who are literate are more aware of various diseases and ensure that they are protected by all means. They are more equipped to attain the information and can stand up for themselves and take control of their lives.
