1. If you are looking permanent position for your It department so please avoid it and it is usual path and most companies are taking it. It is what they have done for ages. If company is getting full time employee feels comfortable and normal but some software developers come with big egos that are hard to image. Now add

• Benefits may become a real bother.

2. Try to avoid your scenario when the job is done with current but insufficient staff or aptitude. There are times when another full time professional is just not needed and slowly work piling up and it has to get done. It looks like someone on your team could and should take an extra tasks to save time and budget. Every project may have several and may be small tasks that need to be done with specific skills or experience that your team member not posses. Whatever the task we are taking in our hand it seems to be small and does not warrant for a new hire. It may be inefficient or difficult to find that one person on your current team to do them all and well.

3. Explore the cost effective possibilities because all the business face this at one point or another and there is work to be done but there is not enough money left to do it. You have concerned about the project completion and timing but funds are limited and there is no option of adding another permanent expense before you have enough steady business to pay for another worker, so consider letting appropriate specialists at aggressive rates to take care of your overflow and extra.

4. Try to resist the temptation of doing the work with people that you have but the talent they don't and it happens that internal teams sometimes are very costly for business to maintain. Mostly programmers require high salaries and lot of time which is very difficult to manage and they may not be very strongly motivated to deliver good code quickly.
