Pick up a pen and paper, and write yourself a positive letter. Write down all of your positive traits on a postcard. Carry it around, and read it when you need to. Even better, you should videotape yourself, reading the list into the camera and watch this video frequently. How will this help?
Aim to make each day better than its predecessor. Always look for things to improve. Set a goal to do things better today than what you did yesterday.
Remember to treat people with respect regardless of how much power they have, or what they can do for you. The treatment you show them is not a reflection of their character but of yours.

Personal development is a goal that requires continuous searching for inspiration and new ideas, but once you begin it is much easier to keep learning and growing.
