You will know what it will take to get to where you want to be if you compile data.

Taking exercise to extremes is not a good idea. Overdoing exercise is dangerous for many reasons. You can damage joint and muscles, including your heart, dehydrate yourself, and stop fat from being metabolized properly.
It is possible to become more powerful by working out in much less time than you normally would. This results in muscles working harder and gaining greater endurance. For instance, if your full body workout normally takes 30 minutes, aim to finish in 27 minutes instead.
If you are aiming to increase your speed and endurance, you must train like a Kenyan would train. Kenyan runners begin their training with a slow run for one third of the total running time. Increase your pace gradually. In the second third, you must run at what is a normal pace for you. And sprint for the last few minutes of your run. This technique will help you develop your endurance and speed.
