Normal Heights is situated in Central San Diego area and it was founded in the year 1906. It is also known as South California’s biggest music festival. Adams Avenue Street Fair 2013 was celebrated on September 28-29. This street fair in Normal Heights region is slowly including even those people who have not known about this festival for more than three decades. The important part is that it takes the front lead as San Diego’s source of a varied festival of music and arts in the background of a street fair. For two consecutive days, 90 artists give musical performance for more than a million people, and with different musical genres comprising of folk music to Cajun to country to rock to blues in an authentic street setting in Normal Heights, a neighborhood community that is the most fashionable. The Adams Avenue Street Fair San Diego has seen popular music bands and artists that includes Strawberry Alarm Clock’s former Oingo Boingo guitarist Stever Bartek, The Paladins, Mojo Nixon, Skid Roper, Coco Montoya, Jack Tempchin and several musicians, songwriters and singers. Apart from the grand musical performance, this festival also has amazing attractions like four beer gardens, an exclusive area for having a taste of beers, giant carnival rides and over 300 vendors selling products of food, arts and craft throughout the venue.
