Thus to ensure adequate preparation, the workers can be assigned their parts and materials required for their job along with earlier scheduling of the planning that is to be done. By doing this, the workers on field visit are ready with the required tools and therefore there is no need for them to come again to the office to get the required items. Here also comes the term Mobile Customer Relationship Management which is the use of mobile in better managing the relations with customers. It gives the power to businesses to access critical information about the customer and about field visits from its sales and service teams because they are always on the move. It is easier to get profile information about customers from the field workers’ mobile device and fosters good relations with customers. All these earlier mentioned mobile applications form a part of Mobile Business Intelligence App which boosts the productivity of the business by giving higher outputs.
