How can you hypnotize people? Is it difficult to hypnotize someone to you? Not absolutely. Below, I will show you the simple steps of how you can hypnotize someone.It’s easy to beginners.

5: suggest they now want to close their eyes.Suggestions of tiredness, heaviness, relaxation leads to obeying.
6: keep suggesting that they are relaxing more and more.This is called deepening into trance.
7: tell them to try to open their eyes but they cannot open them.You test to ensure they are now hypnotized
8: then you are sure they are hypnotized...Now they are in trance you can influence their thoughts and behavior.
9: ... so give whatever hypnotic suggestions you want to.You can now make the suggestions you planned for them.
10: bring them out of hypnotic trance.

Follow this basic script and even a beginner can easily hypnotize someone.Make sure you practice this over and over so that you refine your story, tone of voice, body language and confidence in your ability.
There are some tips to help you increasing your success rate:
1. If needed,you may play calm music on CDs.
2. While hypnotizing, you can take a person to a state of trance though he or she will be aware of the surroundings.
3. Don't get hung up on technique. your perseverance in the use of hypnosis will be amply rewarded over time.
Warnings:
1. Do not allow your subject to lie down as he or she may fall asleep while relaxing.
2. It may be difficult to hypnotize a person who has the fear of being hypnotized or does not want to be hypnotized.
3. Don't try to use hypnosis to treat any physical or mental condition (including pain) unless you are a licensed professional who is properly qualified to treat these problems.
