3: direct them to focus their attention on something.Focusing their attention gets rid of any distracting thoughts.
4: suggest to them that while they are focusing, their body is getting more relaxed, that they are feeling tired.Now you are starting to pace and lead their behavior
5: suggest they now want to close their eyes.Suggestions of tiredness, heaviness, relaxation leads to obeying.
6: keep suggesting that they are relaxing more and more.This is called deepening into trance.
7: tell them to try to open their eyes but they cannot open them.You test to ensure they are now hypnotized
8: then you are sure they are hypnotized...Now they are in trance you can influence their thoughts and behavior.
9: ... so give whatever hypnotic suggestions you want to.You can now make the suggestions you planned for them.
10: bring them out of hypnotic trance.
Follow this basic script and even a beginner can easily hypnotize someone.Make sure you practice this over and over so that you refine your story, tone of voice, body language and confidence in your ability.

3.Don't try to use hypnosis to treat any physical or mental condition (including pain) unless you are a licensed professional who is properly qualified to treat these problems. Hypnosis should never be used by itself as a substitute for counseling or psychotherapy, or to rescue a relationship which is in trouble
4.Though many people have tried, post-hypnotic amnesia is notoriously unreliable as a means of protecting hypnotists from the consequences of their own misconduct. If you try to use hypnosis to get people to do things they would not normally be willing to do, they will usually just come out of hypnosis. If you are going to venture down this road, get them to agree to what you are going to do before the induction. Otherwise, they may never trust you again, tell everyone what you did, take you to court, or worse.
