To understand what hypnosis is very crucial. In fact,it is seen as special psychological
mood in which an individual functions at another level of awareness other than the
ordinary conscious state. How to hypnotize someone is easy especially if the individual has the technical knowhow of how the whole process works.
Now, follow the step by step process below to hypnotize anyone.

2: tell them to think about their breathing.Controlling their breathing slows it down
3: direct them to focus their attention on something.Focusing their attention gets rid of any distracting thoughts.
4: suggest to them that while they are focusing, their body is getting more relaxed, that they are feeling tired. Now you are starting to pace and lead their behavior
5: suggest they now want to close their eyes.Suggestions of tiredness, heaviness, relaxation leads to obeying.
6: keep suggesting that they are relaxing more and more. This is called deepening into trance.
7: tell them to try to open their eyes but they cannot open them. You test to ensure they are now hypnotized

Follow this basic script and even a beginner can easily hypnotize someone.Make sure you practice this over and over so that you refine your story, tone of voice, body language and confidence in your ability.
Now that you know how to hypnotize someone, it’s time to get a group of friends together and show off your new talent for hypnosis!
Warnings:
1.Ask your partner if he or she has any questions about what has happened, and be prepared to answer them.
2.Don't suggest anything that is against a person's morals or value systems, or that might be embarrassing to the partner, or anything that you wouldn't want someone to suggest to you.
3.Don't try to use hypnosis to treat any physical or mental condition (including pain) unless you are a licensed professional who is properly qualified to treat these problems. Hypnosis should never be used by itself as a substitute for counseling or psychotherapy, or to rescue a relationship which is in trouble
4.Though many people have tried, post-hypnotic amnesia is notoriously unreliable as a means of protecting hypnotists from the consequences of their own misconduct. If you try to use hypnosis to get people to do things they would not normally be willing to do, they will usually just come out of hypnosis. If you are going to venture down this road, get them to agree to what you are going to do before the induction. Otherwise, they may never trust you again, tell everyone what you did, take you to court, or worse.
