Supposed these two conditions when using circular saw blade for cutting, firstly, the worker is the beginner and because of negligence, his hands or other parts on body will touch with the saw blade. Secondly, when cutting wooden raw materials, there are some scars on wood, or it is too much wet, and under such condition, saw blade is likely to be clamped tightly and then it will rebound strongly to worker. No matter which kinds of conditions you will encounter, it is more dangerous for worker and you have to try your best to avoid these security incidents. At this time, it is highly recommended to install some safety device on saw machine.

How to avoid the spring back with right device? As usual, in order to avoid the wood cutting raw material spring back, on the saw blade, some devices such as saw tail knife, separation knife and brake ratchet should be installed rightly. Are you interested in such topic? And don’t worry, I will introduce these three different devices in detailed separately.

As usual, the separation knife is arc shaped sickle blade and at the front part of blade, it is too much round and smooth, such separation knife is always made from abrasion resistance steel sheet so that its thickness would be more than 10 percent of common saw blades. Be careful that such separation knife should be fixed tightly at the back part of saw blade and both saw blade and separation knife should at at the same flat. At the same time, once saw blade have been grinded again, the saw blade diameter would become less, after being installed on saw machine again, it is important and necessary to adjust the location of separation knife so as to keep the same flat.

In addition to separation knife, at the front part of wooden raw material cutting, or at the both sides of protective covers, there would be brake blocks, which are also useful to prevent spring back, when feeding wooden raw materials, such brake ratchet would be risen so that cutting raw materials can be fed smoothly, sometimes if wooden materials are vibrated or rebounded, they would be locked by the end of brake ratchet, such braking function is more important when cutting size is too much wide and large. Because of strong impact on brake frequently, both supporting shaft and it should be made from materials which have strong shock strength performance.

Circular Saw Blades are offered at Flostools with affordable price, for example, you can find different types of top quality saw blades including Wood Saw Blades, Panel Saw Blades and so on.
