Use Tennis Court
The “T” Drill is a simple drill that is done with the use of tennis court. Select center of tennis court to stand in front of net, there will be a line in front of you to form a “T” shape. Shuffle your sides repeatedly without crossing your feet by gradually increasing your speed. Do it as fast as you can to get desired agility.
