An employee can speak up to his mind about his employer only when the employee is certain that his identity won’t be revealed.

In this way, you can see that companies reviews do a service to the jobseekers and employees looking for new jobs. Instead of joining an unknown firm hoping best things, you should make sure that you are going to join a firm that provides ample opportunities to its employees to grow.
