Baked foodstuff such as cakes, pastries and breads contain gluten in abundance. This is why individuals suffering from fibromyalgia should avoid intake of baked items. Fibromyalgia also causes fatigue. Beverages high in caffeine also cause tiredness. This is why coffee, tea, chocolate drinks, dark sodas should be added to the list of foods to avoid when you have fibromyalgia. Lastly, it is mandatory for people suffering from FMS to stay away from sugary products and white bread. Daily exercise and a good lifestyle will help them much relief from the suffering caused by fibromyalgia.
