Another procedure involves using a suction machine that sucks the fetus out of the uterus. It must be reminded, though, that surgical methods may also cause side effects, including irregular menstruation at the first few weeks after the procedure, and hormonal imbalances.

Naturally all methods, when done properly, are safe. Although some procedures can cause side effects, and they are normal. Some of the side effects could be bleeding and pain, which should fade away in a matter of days. That is why you should follow up with your doctor at least twice a week just to check on your health status. If you happen to experience abnormalities then it's advisable to go to your physician right away.
