Fear of failure is a belief that is drummed into just about everybody. This is natural enough, as no one likes to fail at anything. It's perfectly normal for a new business owner to make mistakes with their new business. The best solution is to keep moving forward when something fails, or you experience a set back, instead of being afraid of failing. It's true that most errors a business makes aren't fatal to the business. Those of you with online businesses have the advantage of being able to test match the results of different strategies you try and you usually don't have to spend a lot of money to do so. But failure might not be the right word to use. When something doesn't work correctly, it should just be viewed as the results of a campaign that didn't pan out. You learn from the error instead of giving up. You immediately turn around and put another strategy into play.

People that succeed in this business always think outside of the box. You might have an individual product, or you might be a large corporation - either way, you need to sell something innovative each and every year to succeed.

Creating something that has never existed before does not have to happen. You just have to make your product a little different than what other people have successfully sold in the past. If you want this to work, look around you, find something that sells really well, and change it just enough to make it brand-new for the audience to want to try out. This can be products you buy, stores you walk into or the way tools or appliances are designed.

Do you work for someone else? If you do, repetitive daily tasks are what you do. If you do have to learn anything new, this will be all arranged for you.
