In order to get high quality cocoa, harvesting has to be done almost every season and the right kind of fermentation must be followed. With proper training and analysis, the farmers are taught when to harvest and how to ferment for better results. With the right kind of procedure following and with lots of hard work and effort, every vintage plantations sees to it that they get the best from the farmers out there and with a joint venture, they make the best out of what is being harvested from their own lands, resulting in the end product being the most seductive and carved one, for millions across the globe.
