1. Consume more water
It is a paradox, drink more drinking water to retain less water. But it's a well known fact because your body maintains water when it seems water is rare. So if you drink much more water, your body will think water is within abundance and it won't "hoard" the water it gets. It'll stop retaining the water because it believes your survival is not in jeopardy since drinking water is plentiful.
The best way to go about this is to drink water often, in little doses, instead of consuming a lot of water several times each day. Just sip water throughout the day. Make use of a water bottle or even 1 gallon container, whatever. Just plan ahead. A little planning will go a long way.
2. Include lemon to your water
Citrus fruits such as lemons and lemons are natural diuretics. Therefore by adding them to your own water, they'll not only enhance the taste, but they'll speed up losing water ...
