Set Yourself Small Weight Loss Goals

While setting up weight loss goals ideally it should not be more than 10 % of your actual weight at first instance and break those goals in further smaller and smarter goals. It’s the most important thing in weight loss as we tend to miss the goal setting activity and then we get de-motivated if we are not able to achieve it.

For ex: If some sets goals at 20 kg ideally it will take 5-6 months depending on each individual and kind of diet and fitness he or she follows, Once you work for 6 days and the weight loss is just 0.5 kg you start missing the bigger picture in 5 months and get demotivated and stop doing the activity which you were doing. Keep remembering every single step is going to take you near to your goals.
