Logistics is basically a branch of supply chain management that plays various roles in it. Talk about planning, implementation, controlling the efficiency, forward and reverse flow, storing of goods and services, relating information between a point of origin and a point of consumption and much more with a sole motive in mind to meet customer’s demand and requirements. A person who works in this field of logistics management is known as a logistician, and becoming one is no more difficult.
