Age will cause your cardiovascular system to slowly deteriorate, so it's important to monitor these changes as you get older. Periodic monitoring will help you notice and treat any problems before they get worse.

Aging well isn't solely based on great looks, good luck, or strong genetic codes. That said, it's pretty difficult. Remaining healthy is a lot of work and can get more difficult as you age.
