Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water in day to have weight loss
Use at least 4-5 servings of fresh green vegetables and fruits /day which will help you to lose weight
Consume fresh lime (w/o) sugar, coconut water, plain soda instead of sweetened fruit juices and aerated drinks and lose weight faster
Avoid whole milk and use skimmed milk for tea, coffee, curds and paneer which is good for weight loss
Cooking medium to be restricted to 10-15 g/day. Use olive/canola/ rice bran / soy/mustard oil.
Do not skip meals and divide your daily calories into 5-6 meals so to have right metabolism and effective weight loss
Chew your food slowly; it takes 20 min for the brain to tell that the stomach is full.
Never eat until hungry. As it will help you to lose weight
Consume salads and non-fat dressings like lemon and vinegar
Incorporate whole grain cereals, whole grams and pulses, whole-wheat porridge, whole wheat breads and oats etc. in your diet
Eat less salt and preserved foods as it helps you to you reduce your weight
Do not eat when tired, angry, worried, & at mealtime refuse to think or talk about unpleasant subjects.
